1. HOW DO I RESERVE A PROPERTY?

To reserve a property, please contact us to check for availability and upcoming dates. If the property you’re interested in is already booked, we may be able to find you a new place within 14 days upon a signed lease agreement.

2.WHAT AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED?

All of our properties are fully furnished and include basic essentials such as clean linens and cooking supplies. Our properties also feature free Wi-Fi and building amenities for your enjoyment.

3.CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?

Of course! Just let us know before your original booking expires and would be happy to have you.

4.WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BOOKING PERIOD?

Our minimum booking period is 30 days, and you are welcome to stay as long as you like. Most of our clients stay for around 3 months.

5.HOW DO I ACCESS THE PROPERTY?

Detailed instructions for accessing your property will be provided after booking.

6.What is the check-in and check-out time?

Our check-in time is at 4 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM.

7.What if I have an emergency maintenance issue ?

We have a 24/7 maintenance team that is available to address any emergency maintenance issues you may encounter.

8.Can I bring pets to the property

Pets are welcome at many of our properties, but please ask about any restrictions.

9.Is there on-site parking available?

We offer both street and on-site/near parking options, depending on availability. And while additional fees may apply for parking, we’ll do our best to help you find a convenient and affordable solution.

10.WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the property and the length of your stay. Please contact us to discuss your options and any applicable fees. Generally, we require a notice of at least 30 days prior to your check-in date for any cancellations or modifications to your reservation.

11. Do I have to sign a lease agreement?

Before staying in any property, you are required to sign a lease agreement. Additionally, you will be subject to approval via credit and background check.

12. Is there a lease break fee?

Yes. If you cancel your stay outside of the terms of the lease agreement, you will need to pay 1.5 times the monthly rate. For instance, if your rent is $2000 with a term of 3 months and you want to cancel after 30 days, you will be required to pay $3000.
